Booking Parties & Meetings at Planet Perk Café

It is possible to book the entire café after hours or a section of the seating area during normal business hours.

We have hosted a wide variety of events from bible study groups, LGBTQ meetings, Veterans' groups, quilting clubs, support groups, baby showers, gift openings, Tupperware parties, etc. Direct home sales parties are the most popular reason to book a party here at Perk. The advantages are that you have plenty of space, don't have to clean your bathrooms, we can cater on-site, and there is always plenty of parking.

Booking the Entire Café
Booking the entire café outside of normal business hours is done quite often and for a wide variety of events. Our unique location downtown makes us ideal for collaborative events with the hotel, Gallery Walk, or any other event in town. Stand alone events are most common.

There is a seating limit of 55 persons.

Requires 1 week advanced notice and verification of availability.

A deposit of $250 is required to reserve the café as a whole.

The deposit can be applied to your catering bill if the catering bill is equal to or higher than $250, or the deposit will be refunded to you if your guests spend a total of $250 or more during the event.

NOTE: Special consideration may be given to non-profit organizations or groups.

Reserving a Large Seating Area
It is preferred that if you are reserving large seating areas DURING normal operating hours that you select a time when the shop is most likely not as busy. There is no guarantee of privacy during such arrangements, In addition, it is possible to reserve the outside patio seating area during the Spring and Summer.

Reservations during normal operating hours are limited to 15 persons.

A deposit of $50 is required to reserve tables and seating.

The deposit can be applied to your catering bill if the catering bill is equal to or higher than $50, or the deposit will be refunded to you if your guests spend a total of $50 or more during the event.
