CAT LOUNGE, ADOPTIONS, AND STUDY HALL
Cat Lounge Visits
Anyone can visit the Cat Lounge for one hour per visit. Visits require a purchase of $6 or more per person, or the purchase of a pass. Passes can be purchased at the cafe counter or in advance through the link below. An advance pass purchase is recommended for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
All children under 14 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult.
There are many games, puzzles, and books for visitors to enjoy as well. You should be aware that if a cat rolls any dice during a game, players are required to play by that roll. ;)
Adoption Visits
If you have been referred to us by the Oshkosh Area Humane Society to make an adoption visit, it will be free for you to come into the Purrrrk Club Cat Lounge. No purchase necessary. During your visit a Cat Wrangler will provide assistance and consult on the potential adoption(s).
All adoption decisions are made by OAHS. Our role is to guide you through the process, answer questions, and make observations to ensure each cat is placed in the best setting possible.
You can see the list of available cats at OAHS and Planet Perk by using the link below.
Study Hall
The Purrrk Club cat lounge also serves as a study hall. High school and college students are encouraged to stay for as long as they wish. We do require a purchase of $6 or more, or the purchase of a pass. Students must also present their student ID in order to recieve discounts and a longer stay in the Purrrk Club.
Students can use the Purrrk Club WiFi for free. In addition, if offices or meeting rooms are not in use, students can use them for study groups that may require privacy or focus.
If you need a break from studying, of course we have cats, but we also have a large variety of games and puzzles for you to enjoy. We even have an X-Box Series X, and a PS5.
